This page provides a list of essential oils that my husband and I have been using for our family. We have been trying out different alternative natural therapies for our overall well-being. My husband is currently studying to be an aromatherapist and these are some of his suggestions as recommended by his tutor.
Our oil selections are mainly catered to our daughter’s needs. She is turning 3 and hence some of the oils used are carefully selected and shortlisted after researching with many resources and tutors.
